Description[]

ThunderClan cats are respectful and dominate the deciduous forest. Accepting of others, they are the most likely to allow other cats to join their Clan -- even so, it's not that likely that they will allow a lot of cats to join their ranks; when they do, it makes them appear weak to other Clans. Despite this, however, the Clan functions as a family and they are very interconnected. They are well known for their passionate antics and brave tendencies; they are not afraid to fiercely defend a Clanmate if they feel that the Clanmate may be in danger. Generally, they are not afraid to speak out or even fight for what they believe in. Firestar called ThunderClan the "the Clan of heroes, the Clan of compassion, the Clan of destiny." Mainly a peaceful Clan, they tend to show respect to the other Clans as long as they do not overstep their boundaries. They are noted to be especially strong. They have fairly strong builds and females tend to be more lithe than males.

Prey and Hunting[]

Prey consists of mice, voles, squirrels, shrews, the occasional rabbit, and birds (including finches, sparrows, crows, wrens, blackbirds, robins, starlings, magpies, wood pigeons, blackbirds, and thrushes). Their stalking techniques are skilled, and they know to keep upwind of their prey in thick bushes. They are also the only Clan to bunch their hindquarters before leaping to catch their prey.
